Granola is one of those things that can be filled with added sugar and not so nutritious ingredients. It can also be calorie dense AND difficult to portion control.
Making your own is so easy and also completely customizable to your liking! This time around I made chocolate coconut.

Ingredients:
2 cups of oats (I used quick)
1/3 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp sweetener/sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 325. Mix dry ingredients, then add wet. Add to a lined tray and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving size – 1/4 cup. 80 calories, 12C, 2F, 3P.
