The Best Healthy Baked Meatballs

When I see lean ground beef on special I buy in bulk and it’s mainly because of this recipe! It is a staple in our house and it is as easy as it is delicious. I usually make at least two batches and freeze one for an easy dinner the next week.

My favourite way to eat these are smashed on top of a salad or lined up in a bun with tzatziki. Feel free to add in fresh parsley rather than dried, or any other herbs you like!
