25 Calorie Brownie Bites

Looking for something easy, sweet and delicious to pop in your mouth with your afternoon tea or coffee? This is the recipe for you!

What You’ll Need:

DRY INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp sweetener (I’m using stevia)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

WET INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup maple syrup (I’m using sf)
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg yolks

How To Make It:

  • In a medium size bowl, mix together dry ingredients
  • In another bow, mix together wet ingredients then add to dry and mix well
  • Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
