This is one of the easiest low calorie/high protein snacks or light breakfast options I frequently make! I LOVE coffee and in the summer months this especially hits the spot. 28g of protein for around 200 calories is a WIN.
NUTRITIONAL INFO: 210 calories (28g protein, 25 carbs and 6 fat)
What you need:
- 1 cup of cold brewed coffee
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
- 1 Greek yogurt smoothie bar (or any low fat ice cream, 100 calories worth)
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! The more ice you add, the more frappy the texture.
